Paddock to Plates is a family owned and operated business.

The Teitzel family have been beef cattle producers in the Tweed Valley for 40 years. The family owns three farming properties in the Tweed Valley including Boat Harbour, Bilambil Heights and Crystal Creek with over 350 acres of picturesque grazing country.
